About me!
My name is Maddi and I am a 1:1 online fitness coach that helps women reach their goals while living a balanced lifestyle!
I started my fitness journey at age 15 while growing up playing softball. I fell in love with how exercising and fueling my body properly made me feel. But throughout my journey, I went through phases of not knowing what to do in the gym, hitting plateaus, tracking calories, binging, yo-yo dieting, bulking, cutting... basically all of it.
And what I have found after YEARS of trial and error of what has worked for me... is having BALANCE! Yes, I said it. Balance. And you can have balance too! You CAN enjoy the food & drinks you love AND hit your body, mind & health goals!
